Over the recent years we have established a solid core of young ladies.  Below I have outlined some Goals dedicated to TPS'01

- To cement values in the girls that will be used on and off the field

              Such values as

                         -Responsibility

                         -Respect

                         -Dedication

                         -Work Ethic

                         -Positive Self Esteem

- Develop stronger skills pertaining directly to Softball

               Such skills as

                         -Fielding Skills

                         -Conditioning and Endurance

                         -Hitting Skills (Contact and Power)

                         -Knowledge of the game itself

                         -Mental Strength

As a team we have decided on the following goals for Summer 2014

               Such Goals as

                         -Earning a Spot in Nationals

-2 larger tournaments (Colorado & Hall of Fame in Oklahoma City)

With our skills as a team and fundraising as an organization we see this highly likely.

We have a great staff to help improve the girls play on the field, and get them ready for 14u next year.

Assistant Coach, Vanessa (Avant) Simons, played at the University of Louisiana- Lafayette from 1993-96, and went to two Women's College World Series.

Also, we have a hitting instructor that comes in every other week to help the girls with their hitting technique. Lynn (Massiatte) Fuson, played at the University of Texas- San Antonio from 1997-2000. In her senior year of college, Lynn tied for 28th in RBIs and 17th in home runs for all of Division I softball.
