The 14U Texas Aces - Jacoby (Texas Aces) are seeking a few exceptional athletes. In particular, we are seeking a bracket pitcher, outfielder and left side infielder. We are interested in athletes who are not afraid of hard work; who will make the commitment of individual and team excellence; and want to be part of a positive and successful environment.

A little about the Texas Aces - Jacoby organization: Our teams work to give our athletes the best opportunity to improve their skill level and be part of a competitive environment, as well as have a path to move into a nationally recognized Gold program.  From Gold, 16U/14U, 12U, and 10U programs, the Texas Aces - Jacoby family of teams work together to promote a high level of performance and team success. The Manager of the Gold program strongly encourages mentoring from her players into the younger teams.  All of our coaches are dedicated to helping all players improve their skills while playing top competition.

The Texas Aces - Jacoby family firmly believes that our primary responsibilities to our athletes are to:

  • Provide safe, disciplined and structured environments in both training and competition;
  • Establish positive relationships and respect between the players, their families, coaches, and the community as a whole;
  • Train our athletes at the highest level possible with the primary performance objective of high-level team and personal success.

In  addition to our emphasis on core fundamentals, our athletes are exposed to speed, agility and quickness training to help develop a better, more resilient athlete. We instill the mental aspect of the game to compliment the physical aspects of softball. The goal of the Texas Aces - Jacoby program is not only to prepare our players for a collegiate career, but to better prepare them to be successful whatever endeavor they undertake.
