Couldn't find any data on the shoe from the Adidas site, so I guess it's called something else now, or has been discontinued. Regardless, based on the picture you have attached, the shoe does not appear to fit you very well. Bear in mind that right and left shoes sometimes vary in size from one another, and human feet tend to vary from right to left as well. Hard to account for this with every shoe, so I would make a change if I were you. Shoes vary in terms of "true to size," and the general rule of thumb is to size up 1 or 2 from the "street size" you use for dress shoes, to be safe. Use more specific advice from your shoe store when it is available, but that's the general rule.
