Couch to 5k Log. join in please.

9/26/14 was my run night instead.  Went well.  I really didn't feel like running that night and almost stopped about a minute into it but I kept going and completed it which always feels good. 

 

9/27/14 about to start the next night of week 5.  I want to badly to test myself on a 1.5 mile run which is my goal but im forcing myself to keep with the program.  feel better tonight so hopefully i run better.
