I am now offering more time slots for slapping and hitting instruction at The Hit Factory Sports Academy located at 15320 Herriman Blvd. Noblesville, IN 46060
I incorporate ways to EXCEL at all 3 aspects of the left side that creates the triple threat. Many individuals are unaware that there are up to 4 different types of slaps possible form the left side. I teach all 4 of these as well as hitting away and mastering the bunt. I teach my studnets to read their defenses and to execute the best decision. For the students who are further ahead in my lessons, we being working on reading the seams and reading the pitch as its coming in. At the each of every lesson I end with an ab and leg workout that I do with the young athletes. Legs and abs are the key parts in hitting with power. Power does not come from quick hands or a harder swing, power is generated with our hips, legs and abs.
Each lesson is limited to 3 girls to ensure more one-on-one time with the instructor.
