On a sidenote, here the numbers on my fastest warmup-5-minute-walk: 0.41 miles in 5:04 minutes doing a 12:26 min/mile pace. It was 0C/32F and drizzling, so I did not feel like going slow even on the walk . This was W4D2, so 3 days ago.
